What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept unworn shoes in original packaging for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Due to the handmade nature and international shipping, we cannot accept returns for refund unless the item is faulty. Please see our full *Return Policy page for detailed instructions.
